WOVEN CAFE @ ST MARGARET'S

The Woven Cafe @ St Margaret's is a welcoming community cafe that is set up in church. It's open every Thursday morning from 10-12. Feel free to pop in for tea, coffee and toast! The Woven Cafe is also a registered Place of Welcome and a Warm Welcome Space.

ASPLEY JOB CLUB

The Aspley Job Club is open to anyone in need of support for job searching, CV writing, job application support, confidence building and interview skills. The Aspley Job Club is available by appointment only. If you would like more information or to book an appointment, please contact Paul Ward.

DEBT ADVICE

Do you need help with money? Through Step Forward Money Advice, we are able to offer free, confidential debt advice and money management support at St Margaret’s and St Leo’s. YOUTH DROP-IN

Our Youth Drop-In happens every Wednesday from 3-4:45pm. It’s a great space to come and hang out with friends, play some games, make some crafts and have food together! For more information, please get in touch with Jonah Gorst.

 

ST LEO’S

WOVEN COMMUNITY CAFE @ ST LEO'S

The Woven Community Cafe @ St Leo’s is open every Thursday from 11am-1pm with tea, coffee, toast and great chats. Children are also welcome - we have so many toys and lots of space for every age.

BASFORD JOB CLUB

Charlie from Bestwood Community Network joins us every week on a Thursday to support people looking for work, CV building or even interview prep. If you would like to find out more you can drop in at 11:30am or email Megan.

COMMUNITY GARDENING

Every week on Thurdsay from 11am-1pm we have our community gardeners that gather behind St Leo’s in the garden. If you would like to get involved and meet some new people, please come and join us!

ESL CLASSES

Each week on a Thursday we have Refugee Roots (a local charity) to teach English as Second Language (ESL) classes from 11am-12:30pm. For more information please contact Megan Upton.
